Package A – Wedding Day Package
For the couple who have planned their own special day but need help for the rehearsal and day of.

One Hour Planning Session – 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding

One Hour Rehearsal – Planner will direct the flow of the rehearsal, offer advice and take care of last minute details.

Wedding Day – Eight hours, Planner will arrive 2-3 hours prior to the start of the wedding and will help co-ordinate all aspects of the day, from helping the bride and groom, vendor arrival and set up,  décor set-up, ensuring timeline is followed, pictures, toasts, cutting of the cake and departure of the happy couple.

Package B – Wedding Planning Package
For the couple who needs a bit more help planning their special day.

3 One Hour Planning Sessions –

For the couple who needs guidance and support through-out the planning of their special day.

3 One Hour Planning Sessions

2 One Hour Vendor Meetings

Venue Selection

Vendor Co-ordination including Officiant, Rentals, Florals, Music, Entertainment, Photography, Videography, Wedding Cake, Stationary Favors, Transportation and Hair & Makeup.

Floor Plans for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception

Create and Manage Event Timeline

Direct Rehearsal (up to one hour)

One Hour Planning Session – 2-3 Weeks prior to event for theme development.

Party Day – Six Hours, Planner will arrive 1-2 hours prior to start of event to help co-ordinate all aspects of the party.
